Intentional Cultivation
Living soil, native amendments, and a long cure. We grow slow because the plant rewards patience — fuller terpene profiles, smoother smoke, deeper effect. Nothing leaves our facility before it's ready.
AAAQQQ began in a sun-warmed greenhouse with a single question — what if cannabis could be grown the way fine wine is made? Slow, considered, and rooted in place.
AAAQQQ is a small, independent herbal dispensary built on a simple belief — that the plant gives back what you put in. We grow in living soil, harvest by hand, and cure in glass for the long, slow development of terpene and aroma.
What started as a single greenhouse in 2018 has grown into a tightly curated dispensary serving our neighbors across the region. We partner with a handful of regenerative farms that share our standards: no synthetic pesticides, no rushed light cycles, no shortcuts. Every jar on our shelf has a name, a grower, and a story attached to it.
Our budtenders are students of the plant first, salespeople second. We spend more time listening than recommending, more time teaching than upselling. When you walk into AAAQQQ, you walk into a place where questions are welcome and quality is non-negotiable.
From seed selection to the moment a jar leaves our counter, these are the standards we hold ourselves to — and the promises we make to our community.

Every batch is third-party tested. Every product lists its full cannabinoid and terpene breakdown. Every grower is named, every farm is visited. You should never have to guess what you're putting in your body.
We host free monthly cultivation workshops, donate a portion of every sale to local harm-reduction programs, and offer sliding-scale wellness consultations. A dispensary should be a good neighbor, not just a storefront.
No synthetic pesticides. No PGRs. No distillate cut with unknown carriers. We refuse products that wouldn't meet the standards we'd set for our own family — and we tell you exactly why if a brand doesn't make the cut.
Our budtenders complete a 120-hour curriculum in plant science, terpene theory, and harm reduction. We measure success by whether you found the right product — not by what you spent. Questions are always free.
We carry fewer products on purpose. Every flower, edible, tincture, and topical on our shelf has been vetted by our team, smoked by our team, and deemed worthy of yours. Less, but better — always.
What intentional cultivation looks like, measured in plants harvested, neighbors served, and trust earned — one jar at a time.
Our budtenders, cultivators, and wellness guides come from herbalism, horticulture, and clinical care — united by a shared respect for the plant and the people who use it.
Third-generation herbalist who left a corporate pharmacy career to grow the way her grandmother taught her — by listening to the soil.
Former oncology nurse who translates clinical research into approachable guidance. Leads our wellness consultation program and staff education.
Terpene obsessive and home-grower with a gift for matching first-time visitors to the right starting point. Hosts our monthly intake sessions.
Visits every partner farm at least twice a season. The reason we know our growers by first name, and the reason our shelves stay clean.
Our door is open seven days a week. Whether you're a long-time regular or walking into a dispensary for the first time, you'll find the same thing — a warm room, a careful answer, and a shelf we'd put in front of our own family.
